چکیده

Rumex dentatus is a medicinal plant with variety of bioactive components that can be used to treat infections and multidrug-resistant (MDR) microbes. MDR microbes associated infection pose real threat the available antibiotics no longer control or kill those bacteria. Thus, study aimed ascertain antibacterial activity leaf extract identify potent compound as drug developmental agent may against Staphylococcus aureus. Disc diffusion method, mortality assay brine shrimp, DPPH free radical scavenging were carried out for in vitro analysis. Standard computational tools servers such Pymol, PyRx, Discovery Studio carrying silico studies. aureus was isolated from infected area eczema sufferers identified through morphological, biochemical, 16SrRNA sequence diluted methanol it showed maximum zone inhibition (14.33 ± 0.68 mm) after applying at dose 150µg/disc. Furthermore, revealed remarkable antioxidant death rate shrimp concentration positively connected. Finding pharmacological targets high affinity FosB (4nb2) protein, which controls antibiotic resistance aureus, done via molecular docking. 1-Alpha-18O-1,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol (CID- 5280453), Androstan-3-ol, 9-methyl-(3 beta,5 alpha) 22215820), Phenylacetaldehyde 998), Benzenepropanoic acid, 3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxy- methyl ester 62603) substances had binding energies -6.8 Kcal/mol, -6.6 -5.6 kcal/mol, -5.5 respectively. As an organic source medicines, could thus combat antimicrobial-resistant pathogen.
